A quick writing sesh in work

This afternoon I finally took an hour out of my day to progress Pixie-Led past a difficult part of its storyline. Given the lack of progress I have made on this novel since last week's writing spree in Cornwall, I was more than happy with the page and half of writing I managed to produce in that time. I am still uncertain as to how the plot will continue through this chapter though, so I might have to let my mind dawdle on the unfolding of this story before I commit any more ink to paper...

Writing in the Cornish Mist

Starting work on the first draft of Chapter 13 of Pixie-Led. Heading towards a tricky Chapter 14, where I have, as yet, no idea what is going to happen...

Writing in the Cornish sunshine

The Cornish weather is really spoiling us. And the thought of spending time out in this room, with such magnificent views and the atmospheric pounding of the Atlantic beneath me is really making me want to rise early so that I can spend time writing here in the mornings. I am finding that I can devote a good couple of hours to writing here each morning and I have been cracking on quite nicely with Pixie-Led. Draft 1 of Chapter 12 is now completed.
