Bad

Not the best of days. Doubled dosed my ibuprofen so had to telephone 111 to find out all was okay. Then I ate out at The George in Mumbles...

Unfortunately, even though it was labelled vegan, thr butter they put on their 'Countryside Greens' was not dairy-milk free. 

This resulted in heavy sneezing on my walk back to the car, which soon blossomed in body-wide hive the size of five-pennyy bits, followed shortly therearter by an inching fit that threatened to push me to madness.

When1 reached home, I was good. for nothing and, wheezing, dropped some antihistamines and fell straight in bed.
