My last born is on a bit of a health kick at the moment, and so accompanied Mrs P.L. and myself for today' 5k step walk in one of Gower's premier beaches - Caswell Bay:
Heading back from the beach, we had ourselves a quick explore of the cave as I love the myriad colours of its internal walls:
After the beach, we took a wander through Caswell Woods, walk, which can be accessed from the rear of the beach car park. After a while, longer than I remembered (to my son's chagrin), we came to the wooden roundhouse. Sadly , this was in a sad state of disrepair, as the roof ad been badly damaged by fire:
Mrs P.L gave me a smart watch yesterday to encourage me to get out and about. One of it's numerous capabilities is to map out the wearer's walks. Here is ours for the day:
