Just a general rehash walk around Swansea Bay tonight as we are both starting to feel the strain from putting in the steps after putting in a full week's work. We ended the first five days of the challenge on 73,500 steps each!

We missed the sunset on our second walk of my lovely wife's walking challenge, but even in the darkness, the middle section of Swansea Bay was beautiful enough to capture a few piccies to share:
