I have delayed the deadline for GNS3 content to January 2026. Christmas deadlines are cruel.
Amongst the Crabs Again
I managed to pull myself together this evening, deciding to crack on with my Guy N Smith ghost story for next year's zine:
Monday Blues
Worked from home today. My firstborn returned home with her fiance, and I became sad again as I will have to go in to the office again tomorrow. Here are some pics of happier things - some more of our Christmas decorations:
Sunday Shananigins
Had myself a lovely Rum down the Patti Pavilion, before heading for a family Vegan Sunday lunch. Excellent staff and service in both establishments:
Our vegan Sunday Roast was had at Ground Plant Based Coffe, owned by Helen Wilson, made famous at this year's Glastonbury Festival, when she live-streamed Kneecap's apparently controversial (they supported the end of Israel's genocide of Palestine) performance...
The seitan steak meal was tovdie dor, and thankfully no intelligent, sentient and emotional lifeforms had to do to delight our tastebuds and fill our bellies ☺️☺️☺️☺️
We ended our afternoon with a visit to town, where we bought our daughter her birthday present and shared a beverage in the Swansea's Christmas market:

Whilst in town, we tookbthe opportunity to explore the new City Library, which opened in the old BHS store:

Finally, before returning home, we raised a glass, or 4, at one of my favourite pubs before heading home for the evening:

Oh, we also sorted our Crimbo Day meal by picking these up from the market's Vegan Brontosaurus store:
Christmas Tree Time
After picking up this year's Cheistmas tree, we lowered into a but of water and let it soak we headed down to Mumbles for a family cocktail:
Other sights encountered along the way included:
Returning home, it was the decorating time:
