Sorting ut My Folk Horror Shelf
A few more folk horror DVDs I've dug out from the attic to add to my f.h. shelf. Pyewacket is a great tale of a teenage girl who regrets practising magic in the woods. Puffball is a strange tale of pregnancy by no other than Nic Roeg himself. And The Shout is about, well, a shout that kills.

I was hoping for a lorry Lego kit I managed to pick up for a fiver on eBay to arrive today, but Evri let me down. So my Lego version of Guy N Smith at his computer and cover for Trucker and Truckers 2 will have to wait until at least tomorrow. What did I do instead? Tuesday, January 30, 2024
My GNS Lego project for my upcoming Guy N Smith fanzine is progressing nicely. My novel, Cold Comfort, is also progressing nicely and is ahead of schedule. Expect the latter to be published at the end of March 2024 and the former to be available by the close of June... In the meantime, here is my completed Lego version of Guy's Satan's Snowdrop:

Ramshorn Water Snails Nano Tank
I recently set up a nano rams-horn snail aquarium from an old jar, a couple of moss balls and some green sea glass I have gathered over the years during my numerous beachcombs. The snails seem to have settled in well, and they have been feeding off the debris among the old moss, and the tank should become a self-care environment. They self-regulate their egg-laying depending on how well they are dining, so it should be easy to tell whether I need to add a few flakes of fish food to the jar...

Kleenex was used for the ground mist, whilst incense smoke provided the air fog.
