Day 6 of mega-walking took us past Ilston Church and through the valley to Parkmill and up to see Pennard Castle. These are my favourite sights of the day:

Just a general rehash walk around Swansea Bay tonight as we are both starting to feel the strain from putting in the steps after putting in a full week's work. We ended the first five days of the challenge on 73,500 steps each!
